No. We are a retail store, and not a wholesaler.
Topic: Can I place a special order?
We do not accept special orders for the sterling silver products.
However, if you wish to order a custom-made handcrafted necklace, bracelet
or pair of earrings, please email us for a quote by providing us with a brief description.
Depending on availability of the materials involved, we will try our best to
create the item(s) for you.
If you are custom ordering only one or two items, please allow us at least
a week to handcraft the custom made items. If the order is in bulk, please email
us for further information, timelines and quotes.

Topic: How do I find out my ring size?
There are different standards for ring sizes. Most of the ring sizes here are in USA sizes.

Topic: What if my ring size is unavailable?
The ring sizes that we have in stock are listed on the respective rings pages in the
online catalog. We only have limited number of pieces for certain ring sizes.
If we run out of stock for a particular ring size that you have ordered, we
will email you and offer you an alternative size.
Topic: Do you have a paper catalog?
We are entirely web based and do not have a paper catalog. To get detailed
information about a particular item (such as height, weight, etc.), simply click
on the item. Please note that only items whch are in stock will appear when
you browse by category. However, if you search using the search box on our website,
all matching items will appear whether they are in stock or not.
Topic: Do you offer free samples?
We do not send out free samples. However, you may order as few as one piece
of an item and the relevant shipping and handling charges would apply.
