Topic: What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment by PayPal or cash on delivery.
For orders within Singapore, we also accept Singapore bank cheques, Singapore $ money orders and direct POS Bank account bank transfers.
If local buyers prefer to make direct bank transfers through a DBS or UOB a/c, please email us before you make your order.
Paypal is a secure way to pay for your order without using a credit card. You must first create a PayPal account. For more information, visit www.paypal.com. You do not incur any service fees when you use PayPal.

Topic: What currencies do you accept?
If you are paying by Paypal, we accept payments in US$, British Pounds, Euro Dollars and Australian Dollars.
Local (i.e. Singapore) cheques, money orders and bank transfers should be made in Singapore dollars.
Topic: How often are exchange rates updated?
The default currency on our website is US$. However, you can select the preferred currency using the menu in the Currencies box on the right side of your screen.
Other currencies will be pegged to the US$ at the prevailing exchange rate. We will try to update exchange rates at least twice a month.
SHIPPING
Topic: What countries do you ship to?
We ship to countries from which Paypal members are accepted. You can check the list of countries at www.paypal.com.
We also ship locally within Singapore and to Malaysia.

Topic: Shipping Discounts
Purchase US$100 or more for a shipment to one single mailing address, and receive a 5% discount on your order plus NO handling charge.
Purchase US$200 or more for a shipment to one single mailing address, and receive a 10% discount on your order plus NO handling charge.
Topic: What shipping methods do you use?
We ship by regular registered airmail to countries outside of Singapore.
In most cases the package gets to its destination within 14 working days from shipment date.
For orders within Singapore, we will post the items through Singpost registered mail. STRICTLY NO MEET-UPS!
Topic: What is your shipping schedule?
We ship TWICE a week, on Mon/ Tues and on Thur/ Fri.
Silver Products
If the orders are paid by Paypal or bank transfers:
Orders received from Mon to Wed are shipped Thurs/ Fri.
Orders received from Thurs to Sun are shipped on Mon/ Tues.
If the orders are paid by Singapore cheques or money orders:
Cheques/ money orders cleared from Mon to Wed are shipped Thurs/ Fri.
Cheques/ money orders cleared from Thurs to Sun are shipped on Mon/ Tues.
You will be notified by email when an item is shipped. Alternatively, you can check
the status of your order by logging into your account.
Handcrafted Products
The shipping date would depend on the quantity and type of order.
As we have to create the items ordered, it may take at least 5 working days for an item to be shipped. We will advise on ship date once the order is processed.
We currently do not offer alternative shipping options other than those listed
above.
Please note: all items are shipped with no fancy packaging/wrapping. If you
require a cardboard gift pack, please email us after you have sent in your order.
Topic: How long will it take to get my order?
Do note that we ship from Singapore, South-east Asia.
All orders are shipped in the order they are received. We usually need about 1-2 days to process your order, as some items may need to be handmade.
Shipping times are in-transit times AFTER your order has shipped.

Topic: How can I track my order?
Once you place an order you can view it's status by logging in
and checking the Order History. Orders which have been received but not yet
shipped will be indicated as Status = "Pending" or "Processing". Orders that have already
shipped will be indicated as Status = "Shipped" and the date.
All packages ship via normal registered airmail by Singpost.
If you have not yet received your order within 14 working days after your order has shipped please contact us and we will send you a tracking number.
Sorry, we cannot respond to requests for tracking numbers unless the order has not arrived within the above stated expected shipping times.
Topic: Will my items get back ordered?
No. Our inventory is live. If you can order an item, then we have it in stock. We will not substitute a different item for the one that you ordered. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
RETURNS
Topic: What is your return policy?
Defective or Damaged Items
Do check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Asianaura.
Sorry, but we cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items. To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us. Note that a return authorization code is required prior to mailing back your return.
General Returns
Do note that for Paypal payments, we will ship to the exact address stated by the buyer in the payment advice. We will not be held responsible if an item is returned to us because the address stated on the Paypal payment advice is wrong.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable. Items must be returned within 30 days from ship date in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Due to wrong mailing addresses, re-shipment is possible only if the buyer pays for re-shipping + handling charges again.
Topic: How do I make a return?
Please be sure to read our return policy above.
A return authorization code is required to return anything to Asianaura. Packages mailed to Asianaura without a return authorization code will be rejected and returned unopened to the sender.
To obtain a return authorization code, contact us by email and be sure to include your order number, the email you registered with us and a brief description of the reason for the return.
